We ship our art either crated, rolled in a tube, or for smaller artworks in a reinforced cardboard box. Once we receive your purchase, we have a professional art shipper that will package and ship your art via FedEx, UPS or Freight, depending upon the size of your piece. The process from purchase to packaging and shipping takes 4-10 days for most artworks. Some larger artworks that require special handling, may take up to two weeks. You will receive an email with a tracking number, once your piece has been shipped. If you have purchased a Limited Edition Print that is to be Hand Embellished, then there is an extra 2-4 days of processing/paint cure time before shipment. Yes we ship international! Please note the buyer is responsible for all additional costs that are associated with their country of origin's, tariffs and taxes. This is an additional fee that customs will charge the buyer prior to delivery. If the buyer refuses to pay these additional fees, and the item is returned, all fees associated with the shipment, will be deducted from any subsequent refund.

If you are not happy with you artwork, it arrived damaged or it doesn't look like what you expected, you can return it, it's that simple. If you wish to return your piece after 7-days, we can provide you a “credit”, (minus Shipping & Handling) to be applied to your next purchase. (Personally dedicated and/or framed artworks are not subject to returns, unless artwork arrives damaged.) We are a small, family owned and operated art studio in Sausalito, California, and we pride ourselves on treating our clients like our extended family.
