RETURN POLICY

Colleen Ross Fine Art Gallery wants you to be happy with your art. We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not happy with you artwork, it arrived damaged or it doesn't look like what you expected, you can return it, it's that simple. If you wish to return your piece after our return window, we are flexible. We will still accept returns within a reasonable window of time, or we will provide you a “credit” to be applied to your next purchase. (Personally dedicated and/or framed artworks are not subject to returns, unless artwork arrives damaged.)

We do not charge a restocking fee, however, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for those artworks that require crating. If the artwork is not properly re-packaged and is returned damaged, buyer's refund will be adjusted to compensate for value lost.
