RETURN POLICY

Colleen Ross Fine Art Gallery wants you to be happy with your art. For original artworks and serigraphs, we offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not happy with you artwork, it arrived damaged or it doesn't look like what you expected, you can return it, it's that simple. If you wish to return your piece after our return window, we are flexible. We will still accept returns within a reasonable window of time, or we will provide you a “credit” to be applied to your next purchase. (Personally dedicated and/or framed artworks are not subject to returns, unless artwork arrives damaged, or dedication is on the back of the piece.)

We do not charge a restocking fee, however, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for those artworks that require crating. If the artwork (applies to original artworks and serigraphs) is not properly re-packaged and is returned damaged, buyer's refund will be adjusted to compensate for value lost.

If you wish to have “additional painting” on a piece (usually damaged artwork purchased through another vendor) this is a minimal $500 value to be adjusted based upon the extent of work required.
